ABOUT ME:

Zayn Shamiyeh leads the creative direction at Z Interior Design, bringing a multidisciplinary background across interior architecture, residential design, and technical documentation. With years of experience delivering bespoke residential projects, Zayn oversees every stage from concept development and feasibility through to detailed drawings and construction-ready documentation.

Before establishing Z Interior Design, Zayn worked across a range of design studios where he refined his expertise in architectural drafting, spatial planning, and tailored interior concepts. Known for balancing functionality with refined aesthetics, Zayn creates residential design solutions that are practical, compliant, and aligned with each client’s lifestyle and vision.

Zayn holds a Bachelor and Diploma of Interior Design from the UAE, complemented by Australian qualifications in Building Design and Residential Drafting. He is enrolled to commence a Bachelor of Architectural Studies at UNSW Sydney, further developing his knowledge of architecture and the built environment.

With a collaborative and client-focused philosophy, Zayn ensures the design process is clear, efficient, and enjoyable. His commitment to excellence has shaped Z Interior Design into a studio recognised for personalised service, thoughtful detailing, and residential spaces that inspire and elevate everyday living.
